Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate

  • 3 tbsp Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1/2 big bowl ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a bowl, take 1/2 cup of dark chocolate and add slightly less than 1/2 cup hot water. Whisk until all the chocolate melts.
  • Take a large bowl filled with ice cubes and place the bowl of melted dark chocolate on top of it.
  • Whisk the melted chocolate until it reaches a soft and thick consistency. Add 3 tablespoons of whipped cream to it.
  • Mix the chocolate and whipped cream thoroughly until well combined.
  • Now, pour the mixture into molds or small bowls of your choice. Tap them gently to remove any air bubbles if formed.
  • You can enjoy it as is, but it tastes better when placed in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours until the chocolate sets.
  • After the chocolate has set, sprinkle some cocoa powder on top for garnish.
